For clarification:
Upon delivery, you are entitled to fully inspect the order to ensure the correct size and material while the courier is present. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may refuse the order immediately and return it with the courier, paying only the shipping fees.

After receiving the order, exchange and return services are available within 48 hours from the delivery time, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange:
Shipping fees apply, in addition to a 10 EGP exchange service fee.

Return:
You must inform us first, after which a courier will be dispatched within 48 working hours to inspect the returned item and ensure it matches the original specifications. Return shipping fees will be deducted accordingly.

Please note that the order must be accepted or returned in full. Partial acceptance or partial returns are not permitted.
